In the middle of writing my post about Audible last night I came across an interesting story about how Stonyfield Farms has set up five blogs to connect with customers.
I went to their site, dropped them an email in their website contact form wanting to learn more about their blogging philosophy for SPARK. I certainly wasn't expecting much after my Audible experience so I was excited to get a nice note from Christine Halvorson, Stonyfield's Chief Blogger, only a few hours later. Stonyfield not only listens but seems genuinely excited to co-create with their customers. We've scheduled a time to talk next week. I'm excited to learn more about Stonyfield's blogs.
I've gotta run. I'm off to stock up on Stonyfield yogurt!

Agreed. When I was running the blog for QuickBooks, I saw Stonyfield as the benchmark for corporate blogging. I believe they still are. They're authentic, human, and 100% on strategy for their brands. Having been on the factory tour, I can honestly say that the blog feels like being there on the floor.
Me, I like banana Yo Baby.
