Tick, Tick ,Tick
Well, here we are at 120 hours and no response. Bruce, have you heard anything? Thanks everybody for there participation thus far! It looks like Andreas is in the lead. I'll announce the winner tomorrow but will keep the counter going until I hear something from Audible.
To make things a little more fun, let's have another contest. This could be a great experiment in co-creation. Whoever comes up with the most creative way to get Audible's attention and they do respond gets signed copy of Beyond the Brand. Don't worry, I will do all of the legwork in implementing the idea.
On another note, I'm in the midst of a big push on SPARK and will be posting some of the really interesting comments from some of hte interviews I've been doing.
Yesterday I sent another e-mail to their PR Director. Still no answer.
Perhaps we should start an email campaign. Flood his mailbox - choke the server: Would they respond or simply change the e-mail address to avoid us?

Let's see.
How's about you hire a college student or unwed mother to tattoo "Audible Sux" onto their forehead or belly (respectively)?
Or you could hire good looking models to sidle up to unsuspect men in bars and gradually introduce into conversation the fact that Audible has some customer relationship problems that they had best work on.
What about forcing a man in a chicken costume to do whatever you say until...uh...I'm not sure if that one would work.

Steve,
Truly inspired stuff. Uhh, yeah - forget the chicken suit idea. That's a little over the top.
