"How are you letting your customers co-create with you?" --
John, exactly that is what I am looking at. I found that with a rise in co-creation across the board, there are different levels of co-creation and how businesses allow their consumers to become involved. The "VIP principle" looks at the involvement levels in terms of Value-add, Items, and Processes. The latter is still the least populated, not least because it requires most flexibility from businesses.
